The unwritten law of condo living

I have been living the condo lifestyle for ten years now.  I am in my third one and this one is the coziest.  Mostly because it is carpeted.  Everyone is onto hard flooring these days but your aching body will thank you for carpeting and good padding. 

Back to the unwritten rule in condo living.  NEVER knock on your neighbors door unannounced!  Space is limited and unless you are an obsessive organizer most condo owners are not going to enjoy a pop in.  What we do here is a lot of door deliveries.  Need a tomato, book or some cold medication. I'll hang it on your door!

Goal setting and the surprise that followed

It is no secret to anyone who has been on my radar that I am in an optimistic frame of mind.  Social media has created a line of communication between the everyday Joe like me and the super achievers.  

If you allow yourself to open your mind,  you could change your life sitting in front of a computer.

The biggest change for me came as a result of writing down my goals daily.  At first I had  2-3 goals per day, big goals, the kind you never can figure out how to achieve.  I thought it a useless waste of time but I kept it up. 

Then it happened.  My goal list grew 4 times the size.  I accomplished much more because I reminded myself daily. Start ups became finished projects.  I  am on purpose each day and waking up is exciting!  

Have that daily conversation with yourself and start goal setting.

Quick trip to the Market St Grocery in Market Sq

Life and business have been very hectic this last month and I missed the grand opening of Pittsburgh's newest grocery store.

Today, I really needed a break so I hopped the subway and walked the short two blocks.   

Lots if lunch items as one would expect.  Gorgeous produce as one would hope. And what is that I see lemons and limes!  Real lemons and limes!  Awesome (sing it). Now that is a find in downtown.  You have won me over.  I will be back but first any Perrier to go with that lime?  Just a little bottle for what?  Okay, off to CVS for that.
