My latest discover is the bike trails. I started out renting a bike under the Sixth Street Bridge at Venture Outdoors. They also have kayaks and I plan to try that next year. For now I am in the market for the perfect bicycle.

Uptown Window
I just don't have a view from my uptown window, I have a life. In the last 6 to 7 years since I have lived in downtown Pittsburgh things have really changed. I can only say I wish I had moved here sooner!

It's more convenient to bike from downtown than out in the burbs. I know the downtown buses are bike friendly. Can you take a bike on the subway, too?
ReplyDeleteI know Diane! How funny that you can get more exercise in the city than the burbs these days! The subway is free throughout downtown and all the way to the North Shore where my favorite trail is. You can take your bike on the subway.
